 How’s this for a birthday present?
As Macy’s prepares to celebrate 150 years of retailing this October, Christina Aguilera is helping mark the occasion by lending her beautiful self to a series of commemorative photos.
The announcement of the Grammy winner’s involvement comes on the heels of Jessica Simpson’s just-shot holiday TV ad campaign for the famed department store.
While we have yet to see what Jess will bring to the Macy’s table, we’re pretty much in awe of what Christina has already contributed.
Seriously, if there are any plans to have a cake as part of the birthday celebration, we vote to have her jump out of it.

Guys, they just showed on Extra a promotional pic of Christina for her latest perfume Inspire. I can tell that she looks so pretty! I don’t know though if it’s just a pic or that it’s from the ad itself. It’s for Macy’s Anniversary! Anyways, they said that it will be displayed on Macy’s. Thanks to frauggles for the heads up and to eujay for the preview pics. It’s of crappy quality though. I will replace it as soon as we get better version. Thanks to Blu for the additional info.

Conde Nast Media Group’s 4th Annual Fashion Rocks benefit at New York’s Radio City Music Hall on September 5 will feature performances by Christina Aguilera, Beyoncé, Mariah Carey, the Black Eyed Peas, Chris Brown, Justin Timberlake, Keith Urban and Rihanna.
The two-hour star-studded concert honoring the extraordinary relationship between fashion and music will see superstar performers paired with models strut clothes designed by leading designers of the world.
The show will air a few days later on CBS at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 9.
